A single luminous point held fixed position approximately 20 degrees above the northern ridge line for slightly over three minutes, then descended below the horizon without lateral drift. Optical instrument resolved no structure and no navigation lighting. The orbital manifest lists no traffic at the stated time or bearing.

A narrow carrier tone appeared on a survey band decommissioned eleven years ago and repeated on a 47-second cycle for one hour. Amplitude was constant to within two percent. No station on the shared schedule claims the emission and the band bears no assigned licence.

Two parallel depressions, 1.4 metres apart and consistent in depth, crossed a regolith panel that had been sealed and photographed the previous shift. The panel enclosure was intact. No crew rotation or vehicle movement is recorded against the apron in the interval.

Radar recorded a low-albedo return crossing the approach corridor counter to prevailing traffic at a rate inconsistent with any filed transfer. The return persisted through four sweeps before falling below detection threshold. No transponder response was obtained on either hailing channel.

Probe telemetry returned a localised thermal anomaly of 6.2 degrees above the surrounding column, sustained for fifteen minutes at a depth where the survey records no vent, fissure, or mapped conduit. The plume dissipated without a corresponding pressure event.

Two point sources of near-identical spectral signature appeared in a single survey frame with fixed angular separation, absent from the preceding and following frames of the same sequence. Calibration plates from the same session show no sensor artefact at those coordinates.
