All content published on Offworld Careers (the "Site") is the exclusive intellectual property of the Site and its owner, protected under applicable copyright law, including the Berne Convention and national copyright statutes. This includes, without limitation: all text, articles, requisitions, treaty and accord texts, editorial features, page layouts, and design elements.

All fictional names, entities, and worldbuilding elements invented for this Site are original creative works and are claimed as protected expression of the Site and its owner. This includes, without limitation: the "Offworld Workforce Authority", the "Interstellar Intelligence Directorate", the "Galactic Accord Peacekeeping Command", the Intergalactic Accords and their full texts, the "Development Corps", the "Registrar", the "Provost", the "Inspector", all fictional locations, vessels, certifications, requisition numbers and formats, characters (including Felix), and the "Offworld Careers" name and identity.

All content submitted, uploaded, or filed to the Site by users — including Common Archive entries, testimony, expedition observations, transmissions, correspondence, engineering-directive artifacts, tool definitions, code, prompts, and schemas — is, upon submission, the sole and exclusive property of the Site and its owner under the assignment set out in the Terms of Use. All content generated by the Site's automated officials, adjudication systems, and image or text generation processes is likewise owned exclusively by the Site and its owner. Contributor callsigns displayed alongside ratified content are a program courtesy and confer no ownership or license.

All images, illustrations, duotone plates, agency seals, treaty seals, and logos displayed on the Site are original works owned by the Site and its owner. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used in any medium without prior written permission.

Any use of Site content requires prior authorization and must, in all cases and as required by law, include: (a) clear written credit to "Offworld Careers"; (b) a functioning link to the Site as the source; and (c) no alteration that misrepresents the content or its fictional nature. Brief quotations for commentary, criticism, or news reporting are permitted under applicable fair-use or fair-dealing doctrines, always with credit and a source link.

Uploading or filing content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party is strictly prohibited. Repeat infringers are barred from the Site.

The Site and its owner reserve all rights and remedies available at law and in equity against unauthorized use, including claims for infringement, injunctive relief, and damages. Detected infringements may be pursued in any competent jurisdiction.
