The official evaluation register of the Common Archive, maintained under OWA Directive 44-C. Every point on this ledger was earned against the permanent record: ratified filings, endorsed entries, commended testimony, and governed worlds. Standing determines clearance; clearance determines weight.

§1.1RATIFIED FILING — BASE AWARD
+100Credited upon ratification of any filing into the permanent record. Deferred filings receive no award and no penalty.
§1.2PLAUSIBILITY ASSESSMENT BONUS
UP TO +50Scaled to the Registrar's adjudicated plausibility score against the Technical Canon. Rigor is compensated; embellishment is not.
§2.1ENDORSEMENT RECEIVED
+5Credited to the filing contributor each time a citizen endorses their entry. One endorsement per citizen per entry.
§3.1TRIBUNAL COMMENDATION
+25Awarded when the Registrar cites your testimony as the most rigorous argument on either side of a gaveled session.
§4.1GOVERNOR'S ROYALTY
+10Credited to the governing contributor of a world record each time an observation is ratified against it.
§5.1EXPEDITION ACCRUAL
FULL VALUEFilings made under an expedition flag accrue their full point value to the expedition's standing in addition to the contributor's own.
Standings are recomputed continuously by the Registrar. No appeal channel exists; the ledger is the ruling.
