RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the operation and maintenance of all onboard closed-loop hydroponic systems.
- Processes organic waste material into nutritional base components.
- Calculates caloric density requirements for the crew to ensure sustained health.
- Manages nutritional inventory levels to prevent depletion prior to scheduled resupply.
- Maintains sanitary standards in all food preparation and conversion zones.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of current VAC-100 certification.
- Proven experience with closed-loop recycling and bioreactor maintenance.
- Certification in nutrition management for confined environments.
- Demonstrated capability in high-stress, low-resource culinary logistics.
