SUMMARY
Manage the integrity of 48 radiation shielding arrays across the ICV Meridian to protect 1200 personnel from R3 intensity flux. You maintain silence while listening to the subatomic decay of heavy isotopes that keep the hull from turning into a graveyard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calibrate 48 primary radiation sensors to maintain a variance of less than 0.05 percent.
- Execute 24 maintenance cycles per standard lunar month on shielding integrity.
- Coordinate with bridge navigation to adjust shield orientation during high flux solar events.
- Analyze telemetry from 14 secondary atmospheric scrubbers to ensure gas toxicity stays below 0.001 percent.
- Monitor isotope half lives to predict core depletion patterns for the extraction team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess valid PP-COMPLIANCE and EVA-2 certification codes.
- Hold a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering or Earth equivalent accreditation from an accredited terrestrial university.
- Demonstrate five years of operational experience in high radiation environments.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
BENEFITS
- Guaranteed return transit to Earth orbit after the 18 month deployment cycle.
- Full tuition endowment for two biological descendants at any approved orbital academy.
- Access to the lunar retreat program for one month of post deployment recovery.
Speculative requisition issued for workforce readiness modeling.
