RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor rotation frequency of the 2-kilometer centrifuge ring.
- Oversee mechanical bearing lubrication and structural tension adjustments.
- Inspect internal ring integrity for structural fatigue or kinetic debris impacts.
- Coordinate with navigation for compensation maneuvers affecting rotational momentum.
- Manage emergency braking and synchronization systems for the habitat module.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of current VAC-100 certification.
- Advanced degree in mechanical or structural engineering.
- Five years of experience in high-mass rotational mechanics.
- Ability to perform technical tasks under 0.5g gravity conditions.
