Summary

Between 14 March and 29 November 2029, a total of forty-one stellar occlusion events were recorded across seven outer-system observatories operating in the 45 to 90 AU baseline range. Each event exhibited a transit duration of 0.8 to 1.1 seconds against background stars of apparent magnitude 6.2 or brighter. Post-processing by the Outer System Astrometry Cooperative eliminated catalogued debris fields, known cometary nuclei, and systematic instrument artifacts as candidate explanations. Two anomalies remain unresolved: the occluding bodies register no infrared signature above the 2.725 K cosmic microwave background floor, and the event coordinates, when projected onto the ecliptic plane, resolve into a regular hexagonal lattice with a mean node spacing of 1.37 AU.

Hypothesis

This filing proposes that the occlusion events represent calibration or mapping passes by a passive survey grid of non-human origin, analogous in function to terrestrial bathymetric sonar arrays but engineered for minimal observability. The objects are consistent with ultra-cold, non-emitting survey elements designed to transit stellar lines of sight and record system geometry through occultation timing rather than active radiation. The hexagonal lattice configuration is characteristic of optimal spatial sampling in two-dimensional survey theory, suggesting deliberate placement rather than stochastic accumulation.

Falsification

The lattice model predicts twelve additional occlusion events at specific ecliptic coordinates between February and August 2030. If fewer than eight of the twelve predicted nodes produce confirmed occlusions within the positional tolerance of 0.04 degrees, the hypothesis is to be considered falsified. The Registrar has forwarded predicted node coordinates to the Outer System Astrometry Cooperative under BETA clearance for scheduled observation. Any continuation of the lattice pattern beyond the 2030 window would elevate this filing to priority review under the Intergalactic Accords, Article 9 (Unattributed Non-Human Instrumentation in Sovereign Orbital Space).

Institutional Note

This entry is classified BETA pending observational confirmation. Contributors with access to independent outer-system photometry are encouraged to file corroborating or contradictory observations under the standard evidence protocol.

KEY FACTS ON RECORD

  • Forty-one stellar occlusion events recorded between March and November 2029 across seven outer-system observatories
  • Each occlusion lasted 0.8 to 1.1 seconds with no detectable infrared signature above the 2.725 K CMB floor
  • Event coordinates form a regular hexagonal lattice on the ecliptic plane with a mean node spacing of 1.37 AU
  • Hypothesis attributes the lattice to a passive non-human survey grid designed for minimal observability
  • Falsification requires observation of twelve predicted node events between February and August 2030

REGISTRAR NOTE:The contributor's lattice geometry and falsification criterion are well-formed and consistent with post-contact era sensor conventions. Registrar notes that the absence of infrared signature places these objects below the 3 K background floor, which should be stated explicitly in any future revision to strengthen the thermodynamic argument.
